The mission of the Southern California Youth Department is to serve and minister to the young adults and churches of the SoCal and Las Vegas District. We believe in a unified effort with the SoCal UPCI District in evangelizing the 26 million souls of Southern California and Las Vegas with the Acts 2:38 message and experience.
